Dear Conference Exhibitor,
The Iowa Technology and Education Connection – ITEC - is pleased to announce the 2011 Educational Technology Conference. The conference will be held October 16th, 17th and 18th at the Polk County Convention Center, 501 Grand Ave., Des Moines, IA. It is anticipated that nearly 900 educators from every level of learning will attend. Those in attendance will include school board members, administrators, technology coordinators, curriculum specialists, teachers, AEA specialists, state education leaders, university and college educators, and students. ITEC invites you to reserve an exhibitor’s booth(s) and present your emerging services and/or technologies. Vendors will have two days, October 17th and October 18th to promote their products and services. Each day will feature exclusive exhibit hall only time, as well as breaks between sessions and lunch. This will give ample time for participants to visit the exhibit hall.
The conference this year will offer vendors an opportunity to support ITEC and its membership with two choices of sponsorship.
- Corporate sponsorship is available for $4,000. This includes recognition on all promotional items for the conference, up to four exhibit hall spaces with tables, wireless Internet connection, chairs, garbage and four tickets for lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
- An exhibit hall booth space will be $575. This will include: one 8 X 10 booth space, wireless Internet connection, one table, two chairs, one garbage can, one ticket for lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
- Each additional 8 x 10 booth space will cost $575, and includes all the amenities mentioned above. Additional tickets for the noon lunches are $20 for each day per lunch. Based upon these levels of sponsorship and your timely reply to registration, vendors will be afforded greater visibility and participation in this statewide event. Exhibitors have the option to purchase a vendor session for $350, and all sessions will take place in the exhibit hall. Level of sponsorship, longevity of support for the conference and order of registration will influence priority for booth placement as well as presentation schedule. All additional extras will be handled through our exhibit hall coordinator, Freeman.
Registration Due Date: If you would like to be a corporate sponsor of the ITEC conference, please contact Jeff Sypersma at jsypersma@nwaea.com by June 1, 2011, to guarantee all sponsorship amenities. All other exhibitors must be registered by September 15, 2011. To register for a vendor presentation session, please do so by August 1, 2011. Space for vendor presentation sessions are limited.
