The executive director and executive conference chair are encouraged to attend a regional or national technology conference to gather conference ideas and make connections with possible speakers. |
| Policy |
The organization will reimburse the executive director and the conference executive chair for registration, travel costs, lodging and food expenses to attend a national technology conference. The board will determine annually a line item budget amount for this expense. Attendance at such conferences should be prior to the current ITEC conference date. If one of these officers cannot attend, another board member may be designated. |
